We work with owner-operators and small carriers running under their own active authority. You keep control of the truck and approve every load before it is booked.
How do the first two free loads work?
We waive our dispatch fee on the first two loads we book for you. There is no card required to test the service. After that, you decide whether to continue at the flat 2% rate.
Is the 2% fee really flat?
Yes. Our dispatch fee is 2% of the gross linehaul booked. The rate does not rise because a load, lane, or week performs well.
Do I lose control of which loads I run?
No. We bring you options and negotiate, but you make the final call. Nothing gets booked without your approval.
Where is your team based?
Marin Dispatch is based in Nairobi, Kenya and works remotely with U.S. carriers. We are direct about our location and structure our availability around U.S. freight operations.
Do you offer Somali support?
