These terms govern use of marindispatch.com and inquiries submitted to Marin Dispatch. A separate written dispatch agreement, if signed, controls the actual dispatch service relationship.

Website use

You may use this website to learn about Marin Dispatch and request contact. Do not misuse the site, submit false information, interfere with forms, or attempt unauthorized access.

Carrier responsibility

Carriers operate under their own MC/USDOT authority and remain responsible for compliance, insurance, equipment, safety, shipment performance, and final approval of any load.

No forced dispatch

Marin Dispatch does not move a load without carrier approval. Information on the site is general and does not guarantee any specific rate, load volume, lane, broker approval, or earnings.

Fees and offers

The site may describe a flat 2% dispatch fee and promotional free-load offer. Details, eligibility, timing, and any service terms should be confirmed directly with Marin Dispatch before work begins.

Third parties

Dispatch work can involve brokers, shippers, factoring companies, insurers, and other third parties. Marin Dispatch is not responsible for third-party websites, platforms, decisions, delays, or payment practices.

Limitation

The website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Marin Dispatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the website.
